The Planning Committee Western States Region IX Office and the Hemostasis and Thrombosis Center at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles invite two leaders from each local Hemophilia Foundation Chapter to apply to attend the 2023 Western States/Region IX Hemophilia Treatment Centers’ (HTC) Annual Conference.

An application is required to attend. Please submit a completed application form by 3/17/2023. Separate forms must be filled out for each attendee. Once the application is accepted, you’ll receive a formal registration confirmation.
