The 2025 Annual Conference for the Federal Hemophilia Treatment Centers for Western States/Region IX will take place April 4-6, 2025, at the Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa in Ko`olina, Hawai’i.

The Planning Committee will be providing an opportunity for attendees to present posters that address diverse topics, projects, and programs -- completed or underway -- related to genetic bleeding or clotting disorder care, research, and quality improvement. Posters will be featured during our conference. Abstract due date is February 3, 2025. Please note whether your HTC is likely to submit an abstract for consideration.
Meals included will be a reception on Friday, Saturday breakfast, lunch, am/pm breaks, and Sunday breakfast, lunch, and am break. Please list any FOOD REQUIREMENTS:
HOTEL RESERVATIONS:
The group rate of $409.00/night is confirmed for April 3-6, 2025. Group Room Rates are subject to applicable Taxes, currently, 13.25% and 4.712%, respectively. There will be no mandatory resort or similar fees levied by Disney on the Guest Rooms. Rates guaranteed through March 5, 2025. Reservations can be made through the following link or by calling (407) 939-4686 Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (ET) and Saturday-Sunday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (ET). Subject to space and rate availability (as determined by Disney), guest rooms at the Hotel may be reserved at the Group Room. Rates for the three (3) days prior to the meeting and the three (3) days after the conference (for Attendees wishing to extend their stays)
