Hemophilia Foundation of Southern California

The Hemophilia Foundation of Southern California serves individuals and families affected by bleeding disorders throughout Southern California by promoting education, advocacy, and community connection. HFSC is dedicated to improving quality of life through programs, conferences, and workshops that increase awareness, share knowledge, and empower those impacted. HFSC also advocates on behalf of the bleeding disorders community to ensure their voices are heard on critical issues and provides support and assistance to individuals in need.

Sickle Cell Disease Foundation

The Sickle Cell Disease Foundation addresses the needs of individuals with sickle cell disease and their families by emphasizing educational and support programs and services that meet the physical, psychosocial, and economic needs of individuals. 

With a growing population of individuals with sickle cell disease and sickle cell trait, a primary focus is to educate, screen, and counsel those persons at risk of having children with sickle cell disease and other hemoglobin disorders.

The Coalition of Orange County Community Health Centers

The Coalition of Orange County Community Health Centers is a coalition of community health centers focused on expanding access to quality, affordable primary care for medically under-resourced and historically excluded communities. The Coalition brings health leaders together to collaborate, share resources, and strengthen advocacy efforts.

Guided by a commitment to dignity, equity, and responsible stewardship, the Coalition supports its members through education, advocacy, and resources so they can better serve their communities.
