The 2022 Annual Conference for the Federal Hemophilia Treatment Centers for Western States/Region IX will take place Friday, May 13 – Sunday, May 15, 2022, at the Grand Hyatt San Francisco.

Registration is required to attend. Please submit a completed registration form by 4/11/2022. Separate forms must be filled out for each attendee.

Meals included will be Friday reception, Saturday breakfast, lunch, am/pm breaks, and dinner, and Sunday breakfast, lunch, and am break. Please list any FOOD REQUIREMENTS:
HOTEL RESERVATION: The group rate of $289.00/night + tax (16.445%); Rates guaranteed through 4/11/2022. As a speaker, the Region will cover the cost of the room/tax costs for your hotel stay for up to 2 nights, ground transportation, and coach airfare. Please provide payment information upon making your initial reservation and we will move the reservation to our Master account prior to the start of the meeting.
