Back to School Education Symposium

Issues at school rank as one of the most problematic areas within the bleeding disorders community. Get equipped by learning about your federal rights in school and receive free school supplies for children and siblings with bleeding disorders. Presentations will include information on Individualized Health Plans (IHP), Individualized Education Plans (IEP), and 504 Plans and recommended accommodations.

NOTE: As a thank you for attending and participating in the full event, each school-age participant (age 0-25, must be attending school in the fall) will receive a Supply Card after the event to use toward purchasing school supplies. Participants must arrive by 8:45AM and stay to the conclusion of the event in order to be eligible for Supply Card. Must register group no later than 07/30/2026 at 11:59PM in order to be guaranteed a Supply Card. Registrations after July 30 will be given on an standby availability basis only and are not guaranteed. Please register early in order to secure your group’s spot at the event. Participants in group who do not attend the full event are NOT eligible for supply cards. Please allow up to two weeks after the event conclusion to receive your supply card via email.
