Grace Hernandez, PT received her degree in physical therapy at the University of Delaware. For more than 30 years, she has been the physical therapist for the Hemophilia Treatment Center in Orange County, CA located at The Center for Inherited Blood Disorders. Other work experience includes working 20+ years at the Children’s Hospital of Orange County and at St. Joseph Hospital of Orange, as well as The Shea Center for therapeutic riding. She is active nationally and regionally in the bleeding disorder community acting as The Chair of the Physical Therapy Working Group for National Hemophilia Foundation 2014-2016 and the Western States Regional Representative from 1995-2004. She has participated in at least seven bleeding disorder related research projects with six publications. She has attended seven different ultrasound training programs and has been using Musculoskeletal Ultrasound at her clinic for the past seven years, as well as working for one year as adjunct faculty to the UCSD MSKUS training courses.
