Melissa works collaboratively with hematology providers and community partners to ensure seamless coordination of care and access to specialized medication. She is dedicated to building lasting relationships and improving quality of life for those living with rare bleeding conditions. Melissa helps young adults transition to adult care by focusing on building independence, self-management skills, and continuity of care.
