Nooshin Kosar is the Executive Director of the Hemophilia Association of San Diego County, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by bleeding disorders. Her journey in the community began in high school, when she started volunteering at a summer camp for children with bleeding disorders—a formative experience that sparked her lifelong commitment to health advocacy and service. With a background in nonprofit leadership and public health, Nooshin now leads the organization’s efforts to expand access to care, education, and support across the region. She works collaboratively with patients, providers, fellow chapters, and policymakers to advance equity and improve quality of life for those living with bleeding disorders.
