Rosalie Brooks, RN is a dedicated Hemophilia/ Thrombophilia Case Manager at Rady Children’s Health, San Diego with 16+ years of extensive experience in coordinating comprehensive care for individuals with clotting and bleeding disorders including Hemophilia A and B, von Willebrand disease, Factor V Leiden, Prothrombin gene mutation, protein C and S deficiencies and other thrombosis cases. In her role, Rosalie collaborates closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely treatments and therapies. She is passionate about empowering young patients by educating the importance of adherence to prophylactic treatment and anti-coagulation therapy.

Rosalie has participated in the NPCC workshop to initiate a transition program and has now been adopted as an ongoing practice during comprehensive clinic visits. She strives to anticipate patients’ needs prior to transition and helps to facilitate a smooth process. She also coordinates several multi-disciplinary clinic such as Thrombosis Clinic, Hem/GYN or Hem/AYA clinic for women with bleeding disorder.
