The Conference Planning Committee, led by the Center for Bleeding and Clotting Disorders at University of California, San Diego, invite two leaders from each local Hemophilia Foundation Chapter to apply to attend the 2026 Western States/Region IX Hemophilia Treatment Centers’ (HTC) Annual Conference.
Separate forms must be filled out for each attendee.
