HTC Registration Form

The 2026 Annual Conference for the Federal Hemophilia Treatment Centers for Western States/Region IX will take place March 11-13, 2026, at The Catamaran Resort Hotel and Spa in San Diego, California.

The Planning Committee will be providing an opportunity for attendees to present posters that address diverse topics, projects, and programs -- completed or underway -- related to genetic bleeding or clotting disorder care, research, and quality improvement. Posters will be featured during the conference. Abstract due date is January 9, 2026. Please note whether your HTC is likely to submit an abstract.*

Meals included will be Wednesday lunch, PM break, and reception; Thursday breakfast, AM/PM break, lunch; Friday breakfast, AM break, lunch. Please list any FOOD REQUIREMENTS.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS:
The group rate of $249/night is confirmed for March 10-13, 2026. There will be an additional $20 charge for each additional person above double occupancy if they are 18 and older. Room rates are subject to applicable taxes, currently 12.75%, 2%, and $0.86, respectively. The daily resort fee of $46 applies to each guest room with a variety of amenities.
