The 2027 Annual Conference for the Federal Hemophilia Treatment Centers for Western States/Region IX will take place April 7-9, 2027, at JW Marriott in Las Vegas, NV.

Registration is required. Separate forms must be filled out for each attendee.

The Planning Committee will be providing an opportunity for attendees to present posters that address diverse topics, projects, and programs -- completed or underway -- related to genetic bleeding or clotting disorder care, research, and quality improvement. Posters will be featured during the conference. Abstract due date is February 12, 2027. Please note whether your HTC is likely to submit an abstract.*

Meals included will be Wednesday lunch, PM break, and reception; Thursday breakfast, AM/PM break, lunch; Friday breakfast, AM break, lunch. Please list any FOOD REQUIREMENTS.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS:
The group rate of $279/night is confirmed for April 6-10, 2027. Room rates are subject to applicable taxes, currently 13%, respectively. The daily resort fee of $41 applies to each guest room with a variety of amenities. The deadline to make a reservation is 5:00 PM PST on March 16, 2027. A credit card will be requested to guarantee a reservation. No deposits will be applied. The card will be charged if the guest does not cancel within the 48-hour cancellation period or are a no show. On your scheduled arrival date, you will be required to present proper identification for your reservation.
